This year we had close to 200 smaller artists submit to open So What?! Music Festival in Dallas, TX on March 24 – 26th. We narrowed it down to a Top 30. Here are the 6 winners. We have a few runner ups that might also be offered slots on the festival as well. It was too hard to narrow down!!!
